This team is best in class. I had a deal that was almost lost at the very last minute. I just closed on a refinance last week with Joe Peres and he was amazing! Joe was pleasant and patient. He guided me through the entire process and answered all of my endless (yes ENDLESS) questions. He was always a text, call, or an email away and responded to them in a timely fashion (almost immediately!). He was ALWAYS available when I had any questions or concerns whether it was early in the morning or late in the evening. I even received a call late in the evening prior to closing because Joe could tell I was getting a bit nervous (for no reason) and reassured me that I made a great choice to refinance and that I was receiving a great rate. He even personally checked my file to make sure all the numbers were correct and checked in after the closing to make sure everything went well. I just closed on a refinance last week with Joe Peres and he was amazing! Joe was pleasant and patient. He guided me through the entire process and answered all of my endless (yes ENDLESS) questions.... He was always a text, call, or an email away and responded to them in a timely fashion (almost immediately!). He was ALWAYS available when I had any questions or concerns whether it was early in the morning or late in the evening. I even received a call late in the evening prior to closing because Joe could tell I was getting a bit nervous (for no reason) and reassured me that I made a great choice to refinance and that I was receiving a great rate. He even personally checked my file to make sure all the numbers were correct and checked in after the closing to make sure everything went well.
