I just closed on a refinance last week with Joe Peres and he was amazing! Joe was pleasant and patient. He guided me through the entire process and answered all of my endless (yes ENDLESS) questions. I moved from NY to Florida and If I had not been guided by Joe Peres and his team I would never have done this move. It was scary from day one but with Joe Peres guideIng us every step of the way, made the transition so smooth and calming. Joe went above and beyond his call of duty with patience, and assurance. Told us way before the move how to get our credit scores up, so that he could give us the best rate possible. Even to our surprise the mortgage payment was much lower than he originally told us. Very down to earth, open and honest. His team was amazing at getting us the paperwork we needed to havedone and signed,electronically and right on time. I was very Leary at first about working with aLender from NY being that I was now in Fl. but, they made us feel like family. This team is best in class. I had a deal that was almost lost at the very last minute. I just closed on a refinance last week with Joe Peres and he was amazing! Joe was pleasant and patient. He guided me through the entire process and answered all of my endless (yes ENDLESS) questions. He was always a text, call, or an email away and responded to them in a timely fashion (almost immediately!). He was ALWAYS available when I had any questions or concerns whether it was early in the morning or late in the evening. I even received a call late in the evening prior to closing because Joe could tell I was getting a bit nervous (for no reason) and reassured me that I made a great choice to refinance and that I was receiving a great rate. He even personally checked my file to make sure all the numbers were correct and checked in after the closing to make sure everything went well. Everything he promised I received, including the best interest rate! He went above and beyond to make sure the entire process was quick, easy, and smooth.
